What can Wisvia do?

Wisvia is a mobile app designed to help monitoring systems (eg. Nagios) to deliver alerts and status to mobile devices. You will be able to replace SMS and email notifications traditionally being used for monitoring systems with Wisvia.

Wisvia has a web based control panel, and mobile apps for both Android and IOS. You will configure your monitoring systems' notification API according to the API URLs provided by Wisvia control panel. Once the Wisvia control panel receive notifications from your monitoring system, it generated a new ticket and push to registered mobile Wisvia mobile apps.

A ticket's status is kept within Wisvia. Wisvia determines the status of the tickets and alerts from the notification types received from the monitoring system. A ticket in Wisvia, can be claimed, assigned, closed from Wisvia app, to facilitate operation teams communication.
