when you get a ticket (you take yourself or assigned by others), you can 'Close' or 'Release' the ticket. - Close : Once you resolved the issue related to the ticket, long press this ticket under 'My Tasks' tab, and click 'Close'. Then this ticket will disappear and its status under 'Last 24 Hours' tab will change to green color, which means resumed normal. - Release : If you found you couldn't resolve the issue related to the ticket, long press this ticket under 'My Tasks' tab, and click 'Release'. Then this ticket will disappear and its status under 'Last 24 Hours' tab remains red color, which means it's still in Alert status. - Chat : This function is for group disccusion and notification in future version. |
