From Wisvia mobile app 'Settings' page, you can switch 'Mode' to Simple or Advanced.

- Advanced Mode: Three tabs 'Pending', 'Last 24 Hours', and 'My Tasks' will show under 'Ticket' page.
   Pending: showing tickets waiting for handle;
   Last 24 Hours: showing alll tickets within 24 hours;
   My Tasks: showing tickects you taken yourself or assigned to you.

- Simple Mode: For broadcasting message or customize message system in future version.
